*Program Title: True Colors

*Description: A workshop on understanding different personality types and how to best communicate and work with each personality type. Helps to understand others strengths and what stresses them.

*Specifics: (Hours of the course, best day of the week, etc...) The one I went to was three hours, but I think it can be up to 5 hours depending on how in depth you want to go.

*Notes: This is an interactive workshop.

*Experience with Program: I found it was very helpful. I liked that it wasn't just theory. The examples and exercises in the class made it easy to apply on the job. And although it was geared to the work environment I also learned things that were helpful in family and personal relationships. Would highly recommend it.
